Dan Bendall is a qualified Architect with experience delivering design-led projects across a broad range of sectors, scales, and budgets. He has built a strong reputation for his motivated, hands-on approach and his ability to guide projects from concept through to completion, including contract management. With a solid grounding in both design and construction, Dan brings a thoughtful and pragmatic perspective to each stage of the process, ensuring that creative ambition is aligned with practical delivery.

Dan’s career has been shaped by a commitment to collaboration, clear communication, and technical excellence. He has developed particular expertise in leading teams, coordinating consultants, and managing complex project demands within challenging timeframes. A graduate of Birmingham City University and the University of Lincoln, Dan has established a portfolio that reflects clarity, efficiency, and consistency in delivery. His work has been recognised at the LABC Excellence Awards, where he was named a Regional Finalist for ‘Best Individual New Home’ in 2020 and contributed to an award-winning barn conversion project in 2017. These accolades highlight his ability to deliver high-quality outcomes across a variety of project types.
