Dan Swingewood.

Dan Swingewood is a Architectural Technologist and associate member with CIAT (ACIAT) with a strong foundation in architectural technology and a passion for delivering practical, high-quality design solutions. With a BSc (Hons) in Architectural Technology, Dan brings a technical and detail-oriented approach to every project, ensuring that design intent is met with precision and efficiency.

Throughout his career, Dan has worked on a diverse range of projects, including residential, commercial, and community developments. His expertise lies in translating complex design concepts into buildable solutions, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and overseeing the construction of projects to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Dan is committed to continuous professional development and staying abreast of advancements in building technology and sustainability practices. Dan is currently completing a master’s degree in Sustainable Architecture and Healthy Buildings at The University of Derby. He actively carries out research into sustainable building solutions which can be implemented into his projects and is dedicated to promoting the value of the profession through his work and involvement in industry initiatives.

Outside of his professional work, Dan is currently undertaking a renovation project on his new home. A hands-on endeavour that reflects his practical skills, eye for detail, and personal commitment to thoughtful, well-crafted design. When he’s not working on the renovation he enjoys watching rugby & Formula 1, as well as exploring cities around the world, where he draws inspiration from diverse architectural styles and urban environments.
