An Architectural Technologist with 24 years of experience in the built environment. David brings a thoughtful, pragmatic approach to residential, commercial, and heritage projects of all scales. With a solid foundation in both design and construction.

David began his career at Ellis Hillman Partnership, where he honed his skills in industry. David has built a career rooted in design excellence, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of the property market, planning and construction landscape. His leadership style is defined by collaboration and integrity ensuring that every project reflects the unique goals of each client while balancing aesthetic ambition with practical delivery.

David has particular expertise in commercial viability, navigating complex planning contexts, including developments in green belt and heritage settings. His portfolio includes a diverse range of projects, from characterful one-off homes to contemporary reinterpretations of traditional forms. Each project reflects his commitment to clarity, functionality, and enduring quality.

In his spare time, David undertook a personal labour of love: the restoration of a Grade II-listed chapel that had stood empty for many years. With great care and attention to detail, he brought the building back to its former glory preserving its historical character while introducing thoughtful modern interventions. The project reflects his deep respect for heritage architecture and his belief in giving old buildings new life. Undertaking the work himself the renovation allowed David a better understanding of challenges and rewards of working on a listed building.
