Dean Deakin.

Dean Deakin is a qualified architect with a well-rounded background in both residential and commercial architecture. A graduate of Leeds Beckett University and Liverpool John Moores University, Dean completed his RIBA Part III with RIBA North West in 2023, becoming a fully qualified architect with a strong foundation in design and professional practice.

Dean began working in architectural practice during his undergraduate studies and continued gaining experience throughout his master's degree, balancing academic work with part-time employment. Since graduating, he has remained in full-time practice, contributing to a wide range of projects from small-scale extensions and alterations to multi-million pound new-build developments.

Having worked in a smaller practice environment, Dean has developed broad experience across all RIBA work stages. This hands-on involvement has enabled him to build a diverse skill set that blends creativity with technical precision, giving him the ability to lead projects from initial concept through to completion.

Dean is particularly skilled in producing detailed design documentation and visualisations, with a strong command of Autodesk Revit and the wider Autodesk suite. His work is defined by a passion for problem-solving and a thoughtful, design-led approach that seeks to balance innovation with practicality.

Dean brings to each project a detail-oriented mindset, a collaborative attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality architecture tailored to the needs of each client.

In his spare time, Dean enjoys a mix of sports and social activities. He's an avid golfer and always keen to stay active and healthy.
