Meet Rapha – our four-legged team member with a nose for new faces and a heart full of warmth. As Head of Visitor Experience and Security, Rapha takes his dual role seriously: ensuring every guest is greeted with a gentle tail wag and a hopeful nudge for a fuss, while keeping a watchful eye on biscuit supply levels and suspicious squirrels outside.

Calm, composed and always impeccably behaved, Rapha brings a sense of ease to the practice, whether he’s snoozing in the sun or doing his rounds. He might not draft floorplans, but he’s an expert in creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes clients and team members alike feel instantly at home.

If you’re lucky, he may even escort you to your meeting... or at least to the nearest comfy chair.
